Role & responsibilities
Design and develop woven fabrics for home textile products.
Develop jacquard and dobby designs with a solid understanding of weave structures.
Coordinate with merchandising, sampling, and production teams to ensure smooth product development.
Prepare design specifications and monitor sample development.
Conduct market and trend research to develop commercially successful collections.
Ensure designs are technically feasible and production-ready.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Textile Design from NID or any other reputed institute.
Candidate should be a dynamic person with interest and knowledge in handloom and Jacquard weaving
36 years of experience in textile design, preferably in home textiles.
Solid knowledge of weaving, fabric construction, yarns, and weave development.
Positive communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
Candidate should be hard working and willing to move around weaving uni
