Role & responsibilities
Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Support Engineer to manage day-to-day support activities for Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA), with a focus on Financial Crime and Compliance Management (FCCM) modules. The role requires solid troubleshooting capabilities, familiarity with Oracle support processes, and the ability to work in a production support workplace.
Hands-on experience in b/w 3 to 7 yrs. of supporting OFSAA FCCM modules (AML, KYC, ECM, CTR, etc.)
Solid understanding of OFSAA architecture, data models, and batch processing framework
Experience with Oracle support processes, including MOS SR lifecycle management
Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and basic Unix/Linux commands for troubleshooting
Experience in production support, incident management, and release/patch management
Knowledge of financial crime compliance and regulatory reporting is a plus
