Role & responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and smooth functioning of campus facilities.
Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and utility systems.
Supervise housekeeping, security, landscaping, and other facility support services.
Manage vendors, contractors, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).
Ensure compliance with safety, fire, and statutory regulations.
Monitor utility consumption and implement cost-effective maintenance practices.
Coordinate infrastructure repairs, renovations, and improvement projects.
Maintain facility assets, maintenance records, and related documentation.
Prepare maintenance budgets and control operational expenses.
Address maintenance requests promptly and ensure timely resolution.




Supervise facility staff and ensure productive service delivery.
Submit periodic reports on facility operations, maintenance activities, and compliance.

Robust leadership and team management
Knowledge of civil, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
Vendor and contract management
Budgeting and cost control
Problem-solving and decision-making
Excellent communication and coordination
Knowledge of safety regulations and statutory compliance
Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software (preferred)
