The individual should have:-
Valuable academic track record. MBA (Full time) is not a must-have, but is an added advantage
8 15 years of experience in the IT services/ Big-4/ GCC or related industry, with robust exposure to people management/ leadership roles.
The individual should possess a strong entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with the ability to drive growth, build client relationships, and deliver operational excellence.
Mandatory experience/temperament for Sales or Account Management or any customer-facing role.
