15+ years of IT experience with a bachelors degree or 12+ years of experience with an advanced degree • 5+ years of managerial experience. (People management) • 10+ years into Hyperautomation technologies. • Experience implementing IT strategies. • Strong cross-organizational collaboration skills; ability to operate effectively in a matrixed workplace and global experience. • Project and/or Program management, planning and organizational skills, including the ability to handle large number of complex projects simultaneously in a rapid-paced workplace.
