RPA & Python Developer- Job Description

RPA & Python Developer responsible for building scalable automation solutions using RPA tools and Python to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain RPA solutions using tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
Develop Python scripts/applications for automation, data processing, and system integration
Analyse business processes and identify automation opportunities
Build and deploy bots, workflows, and reusable automation components
Integrate RPA solutions with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems
Implement exception handling, logging, and monitoring mechanisms
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
Ensure security, compliance, and auditability of automation solutions
Perform testing, debugging, and performance optimization

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in computer science / engineering or equivalent
Hands-on experience with at least one RPA tool:
UiPath / Automation Anywhere / Blue Prism




Solid programming skills in Python
Experience in:
REST APIs & system integrations
Data handling (Pandas, NumPy)
File processing (Excel, CSV, PDF automation)
Positive understanding of workflows, orchestration, and scheduling
Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases
Version control experience using Git

Preferred / Nice-to-have Skills
Experience with AI/ML integrations (NLP, OCR, document processing)
Knowledge of Intelligent Automation / Hyperautomation
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Experience with queue management, triggers, and bot scheduling
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for RPA deployments
Understanding of microservices or API-driven architecture
