Financial Planning Analytics (FPA)
Support annual budgeting,
forecasting, and periodic financial reviews for Emerging Markets.
Analyze financial
performance, variances, and key business drivers.
Prepare MIS reports,
dashboards, and management presentations with actionable insights.
Partner with business and
regional finance teams to support strategic initiatives and cost
optimization.

Consolidation Reporting Support
Assist in monthly,
quarterly, and year-end financial close and consolidation activities.
Support intercompany
reconciliations, eliminations, and variance analysis.
Ensure timely and accurate
submission of financial data from Emerging Market entities.
Coordinate with corporate
consolidation teams to address reporting issues and timelines.

Stakeholder Management
Act as a finance partner to
regional finance teams in Emerging Markets.
Coordinate with




cross-functional teams including Audit, Tax, Treasury, and Corporate
Finance.
Support leadership with
ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting requests.

Qualifications Experience
Chartered Accountant (CA),
CPA, CMA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification.
4?8 years of experience in
FPA, internal controls, consolidation, or financial reporting.
Exposure to Emerging Markets
or multi-entity settings preferred.
Solid understanding of
accounting standards, internal controls, and financial processes.
