Key Responsibilities
Operate CNC Laser Cutting Machines and/or CNC Water Jet Cutting Machines.
Set up machines, load CNC programs, and perform machine calibration.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
Perform sheet/material loading, alignment, and machine zero setting.
Select appropriate cutting parameters based on material type and thickness.
Cut materials such as Mild Steel (MS), Stainless Steel (SS), Aluminium, Copper, Brass, FRP, Composites, and other engineering materials.
Ensure dimensional accuracy and high-quality surface finish.
Inspect finished components using measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, and Measuring Tapes.
Perform routine machine cleaning, preventive maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
Monitor machine performance and report any abnormalities or breakdowns.
Maintain production records and ensure compliance with quality standards.
