Roles and Responsibility
Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat.

Analyze customer feedback and recommend process improvements.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as a Support Engineer in the software services industry.
Solid understanding of infrastructure engineering principles and practices.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting and prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with help desk software and ticketing systems.
