Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions, while continuously monitoring progress and addressing challenges to maintain project momentum and quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project timelines.
Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to align objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in Pega Platform.
Robust experience in application design and configuration within the Pega setting.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to software applications.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.
The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Pega Platform.
This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
A 15 years full time education and Must have LSA certification is required.
