Job description: International Voice Customer Support
Mode: Work from Office
Location: Hyderabad
Shift: Night Rotational Shift (2-Way Cab)
Salary :
Fresher - 19k take home
6 months - 18 months - 23k take home
Above 18 months - 27k take home
Roles and Responsibilities :
Answering inbound customer calls or making outbound calls.
Resolving customer queries and complaints.
Providing information about products or services.
Updating customer records in CRM systems.
Meeting quality and performance targets.
Preferred Profile:
Undergraduate / Any Graduate (No pursuing)
Valuable English communication skills
Basic computer & technical knowledge
Comfortable with night shifts
Immediate joiners preferred

5 day working, 2 days off (Rotational)
2 way Cab within the radius of 23 KMs
