The incumbent will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop current business prospects through market research, networking, and relationship building.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business.
Collaborate with the operations team to understand project requirements and develop tailored solutions for clients.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to secure new business.
Stay current with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company's services and network with potential clients.




Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on upcoming projects, pipeline status, and market trends.

Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven track record of success in business development within the construction industry, with a focus on contracting.
Solid understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and industry standards.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualification:
Masters Degree in Business Administration or related field.
