Job Description:
Job Responsibilities,
Integrate and commission 4G LTE and 5G network sites.
Perform eNodeB/gNodeB integration, site modernization, and capacity expansion.
Configure RAN parameters, neighbor relations, and network features.
Execute software upgrades, feature activation, and network validation.
Conduct site acceptance testing (SAT) and performance verification.
Troubleshoot integration issues and support outage restoration.
Work with RF, Core, Transport, and Operations teams for end-to-end deployment.
Required Experience
Hands-on experience in mobile network rollout and integration projects.
Robust knowledge of Ericsson RAN platforms and ENM.
Experience in 4G to 5G migration, Massive MIMO, and 5G Standalone activation.
Exposure to multi-vendor telecom settings and managed services.
