Role & responsibilities
Implement and monitor the EHS Management System across the project.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, BOCW Act, client requirements, and company EHS policies.
Conduct daily safety inspections, audits, hazard identification (HIRA), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and risk assessments.
Monitor high-risk activities such as work at height, lifting operations, excavation, confined space entry, hot work, electrical work, and permit-to-work systems.
Conduct safety induction programs, toolbox talks, mock drills, and awareness sessions for employees and contractors.
Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure proper use of PPE and maintain emergency preparedness, fire safety, and first-aid arrangements.
Maintain statutory records, safety documentation, permits, inspection reports, and compliance registers.
Coordinate with project managers, contractors,
consultants, and client representatives on all EHS-related matters.
Drive behavioural safety initiatives and promote a proactive safety culture across the
Preferred candidate profile
B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering discipline.
ADIS (Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety) is mandatory.
Minimum 5 years of relevant EHS experience in construction projects.
Experience in Data Centre, Industrial, Commercial, High-rise, MEP, or Mission Critical infrastructure projects is preferred.
Robust knowledge of BOCW Act, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, HIRA, JSA, Permit-to-Work (PTW), Incident Investigation, Emergency Response, Fire Safety, and Contractor Safety Management.
Positive communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
