Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on QA Lead with strong expertise in Automation Testing, Performance Testing, and AI-assisted QA practices. The ideal candidate will lead automation initiatives, mentor the QA team, and ensure high-quality software delivery in an Agile setting.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end QA activities across projects.
Develop and maintain automation frameworks for Web and API testing.
Build and execute automated test scripts using Playwright (MCP Mandatory), Selenium, Cypress, and RestAssured.
Perform performance testing using JMeter, k6, Gatling, or LoadRunner.
Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with Development, DevOps, and Product teams.
Mentor QA engineers and drive automation best practices.




Leverage AI-powered testing tools to improve test efficiency.

Must-Have Skills
7–10 years of QA experience with 4+ years in Automation Testing.
Mandatory: Playwright (with MCP), Selenium, API Automation (RestAssured).
Experience with Cypress, JMeter/k6/Gatling/LoadRunner.
Positive knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
Robust understanding of Agile methodologies and QA best practices.

Preferred Skills
Exposure to AI-assisted testing tools (GitHub Copilot, AI Test Generation).
Basic understanding of Agentic AI and self-healing automation.
Experience leading small QA teams.
