Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Lead / Manager Technical Recruiter to drive end-to-end technical hiring strategies and manage a high-performing recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in IT recruitment for service-based organizations, proven leadership skills, and the ability to deliver on aggressive hiring targets while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring productivity and performance.
Set clear goals, monitor KPIs, and provide regular feedback and training.
Recruitment Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for niche and high-volume technical roles.
Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce planning and talent needs.
Drive full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Stakeholder Management:
Build robust relationships with internal stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.




Provide regular hiring updates and analytics to leadership teams.
Process Optimization:
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and maintain high standards of candidate experience.
Leverage technology and tools to streamline recruitment processes and improve efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
9+ years in technical recruitment with at least 5 years in a service-based IT company.
Minimum 3 years in a leadership role managing a recruitment team.
Technical Expertise:
Strong understanding of IT technologies, roles, and market trends.
Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS systems).
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting and manage multiple priorities.
