Roles Responsibilities:
Project deliverable on time
Quality Assurance
Client co-ordination
Monthly - projects evaluation
Weekly Monthly - resource evaluation
Keeping team motivated and increase productivity
Keeping the employees on continuous training (technical)
Project management - making daily target for each resource and making it done
Increasing loyalty of existing clients
Maintaining a team of business development (Digital marketing)
