Role & responsibilities
Develop accurate 3D structural steel models using Tekla Structures based on structural contract drawings.
Model beams, columns, braces, stairs, handrails, miscellaneous steel, embeds, and connection components.
Coordinate with Detailers, Checkers, and Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle.
Generate General Arrangement (GA) drawings and support the detailing process.
Update models based on client comments, RFIs, and design revisions.
Ensure all models comply with AISC standards and project specifications.
Meet project schedules while maintaining accuracy and quality.
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 2 years of experience in Tekla Structures.
Candidates must have worked on U.S. structural steel projects.
Strong understanding of structural steel fabrication and erection.
Good knowledge of AISC standards.
Experience with miscellaneous steel modeling is preferred.
Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 2 months' notice preferred.
