Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy agent-based AI systems using state-of-the-art frameworks.
Build autonomous and team-oriented AI agents for task planning, reasoning, and execution.
Implement multi-agent architectures, tool use, memory, and workflow orchestration.
Integrate LLMs with external systems, APIs, and databases.
Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability of agentic applications.
Develop evaluation, monitoring, and governance mechanisms for AI agents.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and ethical AI standards.
Maintain transparent documentation and best practices for development and deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications




Strong proficiency in Python (primary) and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks, including:
LangChain / LangGraph
AutoGen
Semantic Kernel
CrewAI
LlamaIndex
Haystack
OpenAI Assistants / Agents APIs (or equivalent)
Solid understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and reasoning techniques.
Experience with tool calling, memory management, and agent coordination.
Experience deploying AI systems in production environments.
Robust problem-solving and system design skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
