Role Overview:
Looking for a passionate and experienced professional to lead a team of counselors, promote Europe institutions, and oversee admissions and visa processes. This role demands strong expertise in Europe education systems and the ability to drive business growth through strategic initiatives, events, and team training.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor the NON-USA counseling team.
Promote Europe institutions through seminars, events, and workshops.
Train the team on Europe admissions and visa processes.
Develop strategies to explore current markets and grow the institution portfolio.
Set and achieve student conversion targets.
Liaise with branches and support teams to enhance regional performance.

Requirements:




Minimum 7+ years in counseling and 3+ years in a managerial role.
In-depth knowledge of Europe education, admissions, scholarships, visa process.
Robust sales, training, and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Open to travel within India & overseas.
Proficiency in MS Office tools.
