Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced HRO Manager to lead and manage large-scale HR Outsourcing operations. The role will involve leading HRO leaders and their teams across US Payroll, Garnishment, Tax Processing, Data Management, and Call Center Operations.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in managing outsourced operations, driving operational excellence, improving processes, managing KPIs, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop HRO leaders and teams managing US Payroll, Garnishment, and Tax Processing functions.
Oversee large-scale HRO operations and ensure achievement of operational, quality, and service delivery goals.
Drive workforce planning strategies to maintain optimal staffing levels and skill alignment.
Monitor team performance, productivity, KPIs, SLAs, and recommend resource adjustments as required.
Analyze and improve HRO and payroll processes for increased efficiency and accuracy.




Lead process and system change initiatives while ensuring smooth transitions.
Develop operational reports and dashboards to provide insights to senior management.
Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure consistency in processes and performance.
Support employee engagement initiatives and improve team retention.

Mandatory Requirements

Experience managing HRO / HR Outsourcing / Shared Services / BPO Operations
Must have managed an overall team size of 100+ headcount
Experience managing teams handling US Payroll, Payroll Taxes, Garnishments, or related HR operations
5+ years of experience in HRO Management OR minimum 2 years in an outsourcing leadership role
Robust knowledge of operational metrics, KPIs, SLAs, and workforce management
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with HCM/HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
