Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP GRC Lead (Access Control) to govern and deliver SAP Access Control solutions across enterprise S/4HANA landscapes. The role focuses on SAP security architecture, access governance, compliance, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) management.

Key Responsibilities
Define and govern SAP GRC Access Control architecture (AC 10.x / 12.0).
Lead ARA, ARM, EAM, and BRM implementations.
Define and maintain SoD rulesets and mitigating controls.
Govern access provisioning and role redesign activities.
Integrate SAP GRC with S/4HANA and ECC systems.
Configure MSMP workflows and BRF+ rules.
Support audit readiness and regulatory compliance, including GDPR.




Define SAP security architecture aligned with enterprise risk frameworks.
Act as the GRC design authority for transformation programs.
Collaborate with senior IT and risk stakeholders.
Oversee offshore and onshore GRC delivery teams.

Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of SAP Security & GRC experience.
Minimum 2 full lifecycle SAP GRC implementations.
Strong expertise in SoD rulesets, MSMP, BRF+, and role design.
Experience integrating SAP GRC with S/4HANA.
SAP GRC certification is preferred.
Experience in Utilities or Public Sector is an added advantage.
