Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Personal Assistant to support senior principals managing multiple business, professional, and personal commitments. The role requires strong coordination skills, discretion, and the ability to manage a fast-paced schedule.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily calendars, meetings, appointments, and schedules
Screen and prioritize calls, emails, and messages
Coordinate with internal teams, partners, vendors, and stakeholders
Prepare meeting briefs, documents, and presentations
Track follow-ups, action items, and project timelines
Plan and manage travel including flights, accommodation, and itineraries
Coordinate meetings, visitors, events, and logistics




Maintain organized records, documents, and digital files
Assist with both professional and personal coordination when required

Required Skills Experience
3 5 years experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
Ability to handle energetic schedules and multiple priorities
High level of professionalism, reliability, and discretion

Preferred Profile
Experience supporting entrepreneurs, executives, or HNI families
Background in business administration, hospitality, or executive support
