Role & responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Workday programs by managing project planning, stakeholder communication, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and delivery timelines. Coordinate with business and technical teams, oversee Workday implementations and enhancements, ensure quality standards, support change management, and drive successful project execution while meeting business objectives and organizational goals.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
6+ years of Workday implementation and program management experience.
Solid expertise in Workday HCM and related modules.
Experience managing large-scale enterprise transformation projects.
Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
Solid communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
PMP, Scrum, or Workday Certification is preferred.
Experience working in Agile and global delivery environments.
