Role & responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python and Django.
Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
Work with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
Develop data processing and analytics solutions using Pandas, NumPy, and related libraries.
Optimize application performance, security, and reliability.
Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
Participate in code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and technical discussions.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions.
Stay updated with emerging backend, cloud, and data engineering technologies.

Preferred candidate profile




7+ years of experience in Python backend development.
Solid expertise in Python and Django framework.
Hands-on experience with REST APIs, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
Positive understanding of data processing libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
Experience with Git/GitHub and software development best practices.
Solid analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is preferred.
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines is an added advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
