Role & Responsibilities:

We are looking for an Interior Execution Supervisor to manage day-to-day site execution for premium residential and commercial interior projects.

Key responsibilities include:
Supervise daily interior site execution including civil, electrical, false ceiling, painting, carpentry, and finishing works.
Ensure all work is executed as per approved drawings, design details, and quality standards.
Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, skilled labour, architects, consultants, and internal teams.
Plan daily material requirements and coordinate with the purchase team to avoid delays.
Monitor site progress, timelines, labour productivity, and quality of workmanship.
Conduct regular quality checks and resolve site-level execution issues.
Maintain daily site reports, labour attendance, work logs, checklists, and photo documentation.
Ensure proper site safety, cleanliness, and organized work execution.
Provide timely updates to management, clients, and consultants.
Ensure smooth and timely handover of projects.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Candidate should have 35 years of hands-on experience in interior site execution.




Should be capable of independently handling premium residential or commercial interior sites.
Must have good knowledge of interior materials, finishes, installation methods, and execution detailing.
Should be able to read and understand AutoCAD drawings and interior working drawings.
Must have experience in coordinating with labour, vendors, contractors, clients, and consultants.
Should have solid communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp communication, reporting, and documentation is required.
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu is preferred.
Candidate should own a bike and be willing to travel across multiple project sites in Hyderabad.
Should be punctual, organized, responsible, and able to work under site pressure.
