Job Summary

We are looking for an Operations Specialist to support the ongoing governance and operational management of the Kneat platform in a regulated setting. The role is responsible for overall platform governance, administration oversight, patch/upgrade management, user management, incident management, audit support, and coordination with IT stakeholders to ensure reliable, and efficient platform operations.

Required Skills and Experience
Robust understanding of regulated GxP / GMP environments and controlled system operations.
Experience in Kneat validation platform operations, validation systems support, digital quality systems, or comparable business system support roles.
Working knowledge of digital platform governance, administration oversight, patch/upgrade management, service management, change management, incident management, and audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities
Overlook overall platform governance and operational control for the Kneat platform.
Provide administration oversight for platform activities, access coordination, configuration follow-up, and service continuity.




Responsible for user management activities such as user creation, user access modification/update & user de-activation through application software.
Work with vendor & stakeholder team for periodic patch/upgrade for Kneat application. Evaluate & raise the ticket/change control as per requirement for the implementation.
Monitor and coordinate SLA-driven support activities, issue resolution, escalation follow-up, and operational performance tracking.
Support audit and inspection readiness by maintaining documentation, coordinating responses, and ensuring controlled operational practices.
Coordinate with IT stakeholders on platform changes, incidents, risks, compliance actions, and periodic reviews.
Track operational issues, incidents, user requests, deviations, and service trends to support continuous improvement.
Support stakeholder communication, reporting, and governance reviews related to platform health and operational priorities.
Ensure platform operations are aligned with business needs, compliance expectations, and support processes.
