Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Associate in Rewards team, specializing in Sales Compensation, you will play a key role in advising clients and internal stakeholders on the design, implementation, and governance of sales incentive programs. You will bring a robust analytical mindset and domain expertise to drive sales effectiveness, ensure accurate commission outcomes, and align reward strategies with broader business objectives. As such, the key responsibilities for this position include (but are not limited to):
Drives the design, evaluation and implementation of sales compensation plans, including incentives, commissions and bonus structures, ensuring they are strategically aligned with business goals and sales performance objectives.
Perform advanced financial modeling, scenario analysis, and cost simulations to evaluate plan effectiveness, assess financial impact, and enable data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Finance, HR, and client teams) to translate strategic objectives into scalable and operationally effective compensation solutions.




Contribute to the development and optimization of sales planning processes, including quota setting, territory design, and coverage models, to enhance performance and accountability.
Establish and maintain robust governance, controls, and compliance frameworks to ensure adherence to internal policies, audit requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.
Develop and manage reporting solutions, dashboards, and analytics to track performance metrics such as quota attainment, incentive payouts, and sales productivity, while enabling continuous improvement of compensation programs.
Provide subject matter expertise on commission calculations, payout processes, and system configurations, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and consistency across programs.
Support client engagements and internal initiatives by delivering insights, preparing presentations and contributing to thought leadership in the sales compensation and rewards space.
