Job Responsibilities:
Design and develop IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
Create and customize workflows, rules, connectors, forms, and reports.
Integrate SailPoint with enterprise applications and systems.
Onboard applications into the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform.
Implement and manage RBAC, access controls, and governance policies.
Conduct access certification and compliance campaigns.
Manage identity lifecycle processes including joiner, mover, and leaver events.
Perform role engineering, entitlement discovery, and policy enforcement.
Troubleshoot and resolve SailPoint-related technical issues.




Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into IAM solutions.
Create and maintain technical documentation.
Lead and participate in UAT, defect resolution, and production support activities.
Support audit, compliance, and governance requirements.
Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentoring when required.

Required Skills:
Solid hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Development.
Expertise in workflows, rules, connectors, certifications, provisioning, and access governance.
Experience integrating SailPoint with enterprise applications and directories.
Robust understanding of IAM concepts, RBAC, identity lifecycle management, and compliance frameworks.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
