Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and enhance automation solutions using Ansible and PowerShell.
Create and manage Ansible playbooks, roles, inventories, and job templates.
Automate Windows server administration, patching, software deployment, and configuration management.
Develop PowerShell scripts to automate Active Directory user lifecycle, server management, and system administration tasks.
Integrate automation workflows with ServiceNow, REST APIs, and other enterprise platforms.
Troubleshoot and optimize automation jobs and resolve execution issues.
Maintain source code using Git and follow version control best practices.
Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and Application teams to identify automation opportunities.
Create technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge articles.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to automation best practices.
Monitor automation jobs and continuously improve reliability and performance.

Required Skills




56 years of experience in Infrastructure Automation or System Administration.
Robust hands-on experience with Ansible Automation Platform (AWX/Ansible Tower).
Robust PowerShell scripting skills.
Experience administering Windows Server environments.
Good knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Windows services.
Experience with REST APIs and JSON.
Knowledge of YAML and Jinja2 templating.
Experience with Git or other version control systems.
Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
