We are hriring for a hands-on Webex (WxC) / VoIP Engineer who can work on deployment, configuration, and support of enterprise collaboration solutions.

This is NOT a support role.

This role is implementation & deployment heavy, requiring hands-on experience in setup, configuration, and migrations.

Location: Bangalore | Hyderabad | Delhi NCR | Pune (Hybrid)

Experience: 4 9 Years

Availability - Immediate or early joiners

Key Responsibilities
Deploy and configure Cisco Webex Calling (WxC) solutions
Work on VoIP technologies (SIP, dial plans, call routing)
Manage user provisioning, device setup, and system configurations
Troubleshoot L2/L3 VoIP and collaboration issues
Support and participate in CUCM to Webex migration projects
Ensure smooth functioning of enterprise communication systems

Must Have Skills
Hands-on experience in Webex Calling (WxC)
Robust understanding of VoIP, SIP, telephony concepts
Experience with Cisco CUCM
Exposure to deployment and configuration (not just support)
Valuable troubleshooting skills in real-time environments
