JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Senior Engineer Civil Tendering

Location: Hyderabad

Qualification Required: B.Tech (Civil)

Experience: 5 to 8 Years

Roles & Responsibilities:
ProcessingofProjectProposals,TenderEstimation& Costing for Civil works.
Understandingcustomerrequirementsandspecifications of EPC and Item rate tenders.
PreparingthecostestimatesbasedontheBOQ&specifications.;
Quantity take off, prepare BOQ and rate analysis for EPC tenders.
Floatingenquiries,callingforvendorquotes,vendorofferevaluation.
Attendingtechnocommercialmeetingforcivil workwiththecustomer,consultant& PMC.
Preparingtechnical& commercialcomparisonsforvariousitems.
Vendornegotiation&selection.;
Arrangeforinternalkickoffmeetingafterawardofjob.
Effective communication with the project team in the execution of the project.




Coordination with MEP team for costing
Technical discussion with clients

Required Skills:
Expertise in project estimation, BOQ preparation, and rate analysis.
Experience with EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) and item rate tenders.
Vendor management, including negotiation and selection.
Ability to interpret technical specifications and customer requirements.
Proficiency in civil works and technical knowledge.
Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal teams and clients.
Experience in attending techno-commercial meetings.
Robust analytical skills for technical and commercial comparison.
