Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the Cambridge curriculum across relevant grades.
Develop curriculum plans, schemes of work, academic calendars, and assessment schedules.
Monitor curriculum delivery to ensure alignment with Cambridge International standards.
Mentor, coach, and support teachers in lesson planning, pedagogy, differentiation, and assessment.
Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback.
Organize teacher induction, workshops, and career development programs.
Coordinate internal and external Cambridge examinations, including registrations, coursework, and compliance documentation.
Monitor student performance, analyze assessment data, and recommend interventions.
Ensure all Cambridge policies, documentation, and inspection requirements are maintained.
Act as the primary liaison between the school and Cambridge International.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding curriculum, assessments, and student progress.




Collaborate with school leadership on academic planning, quality assurance, and school improvement initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile
Master's Degree in Education or a relevant subject (B.Ed./M.Ed. preferred).
Cambridge certification is mandatory.
5 to 8 years of teaching experience in a Cambridge school.
2 to 3 years of academic leadership or coordination experience.
Robust knowledge of Cambridge Primary, Lower Secondary, Checkpoint, IGCSE, or AS & A Level programs.
Curriculum planning and instructional leadership.
Assessment and examination management.
Teacher mentoring and coaching.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Data analysis and academic monitoring.
Organizational and project management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and school management systems.
