Storage Incharge Roles & Responsibilities (Residential Projects)
Receive, inspect, and record construction materials delivered to the site.
Maintain accurate inventory and stock registers.
Issue materials only against approved requisitions.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and secure handling of materials.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
Maintain GRNs, challans, issue slips, and other store records.
Prevent material loss, damage, theft, and wastage.
Coordinate with procurement, site engineers, and contractors for material requirements.
Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company procedures.
