Store Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a store.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the store and ecommerce.
Attend events.
Oversee billing, cash handling, and daily sales reporting.
Monitor inventory, stock movement, and replenishment.
Conduct regular stock audits and maintain inventory accuracy.
Coordinate product displays, current arrivals, and seasonal launches.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
Ensure the store is clean, well-maintained, and aligned with brand standards.
Work closely with the management team on promotions, events, and operational improvements.





Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Experience with POS systems, billing software, and Microsoft Excel is preferred but not required.
Robust organizational and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work weekends and retail business hours.

Preferred Experience
Experience managing a saree, apparel, boutique, or premium fashion store.
Knowledge of visual merchandising and inventory management.
Ability to build lasting customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
