Role & responsibilities
Costing & Commercial Support

Develop and maintain costing models for Pharma Services and Pharma Analytical Standards, providing cost inputs for pricing and commercial decisions.
Profitability & Cost Analysis

Perform profitability analysis for product, service, project, and customer; monitor cost drivers, analyze variances, and recommend actions to improve margins and operational efficiency.
Inventory & Cost Control

Ensure accurate inventory valuation, monitor manufacturing and laboratory costs, support stock reconciliations, and identify prospects for cost optimization and process improvement.
Business Partnering & Compliance

Collaborate with Commercial, Lab Operations,



and Supply Chain teams to provide financial insights for recent projects while ensuring compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and audit requirements.
AI & Digital Finance

Leverage AI-enabled tools, ERP systems, and data analytics to enhance cost analysis, automate reporting, improve forecasting accuracy, identify cost-saving opportunities, and drive continuous improvement in finance processes.

Preferred candidate profile
MCOM/MBA/ICWA(CMA)/ CA, or equivalent qualification with 6 8 Years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry/CRO setup.
Experience in Costing accounting, Accounts Receivables, Audit, MIS, Inventory, Taxation.
