Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Topo Surveyor with hands-on experience in industrial construction projects, including warehouses, factories, PEB structures, and infrastructure works.

The candidate should be capable of independently carrying out topographical surveys, setting out works, and preparing survey reports while coordinating with site engineers and project teams.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct topographical and contour surveys.
Perform layout and setting out for buildings, foundations, roads, drains, and utilities.
Establish and verify benchmarks and control points.
Prepare survey drawings, contour maps, and as-built drawings.
Coordinate with civil engineers and project managers for accurate execution.
Verify alignment, levels, and dimensions during construction.
Maintain survey records, reports, and daily progress documentation.




Ensure accuracy of all survey data and measurements.

Required Skills
Experience in industrial construction projects is mandatory.
Proficient in operating Total Station, Auto Level, DGPS/GPS, and other modern survey instruments.
Positive knowledge of AutoCAD and survey data processing.
Ability to read and interpret engineering and structural drawings.
Robust understanding of site coordinates, levels, and layout works.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualification
Diploma / ITI / BE in Civil Engineering or Survey Engineering.
Relevant certification in Surveying is an added advantage.
