Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our Sales and Marketing function. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in the Real Estate industry, a strong leadership background, and a proven track record of achieving monthly revenue and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximise performance.
Drive plot sales through direct sales and channel partner networks.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and ensure target achievement.
Identify recent business opportunities and expand market presence.
Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead generation and conversions.
Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to drive business growth.
Submit regular sales reports and MIS to the management.

Preferred Candidate Profile
7+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales,



preferably in plotted developments.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong experience in managing large sales teams.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills.
Strong network of channel partners and brokers is an added advantage.
Bachelor's degree is mandatory; MBA in Marketing or Sales is preferred.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

Preferred Industry
Male Candidates with 90% of their experience in the Real Estate industry will be given preference.
