Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for P&C; Insurance applications.
Validate policy administration, claims, billing, underwriting, and rating functionalities.
Develop automation frameworks using Selenium, Java, TestNG, Maven, or similar tools.
Create and maintain API test automation using REST Assured/Postman.
Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners to understand requirements.
Perform regression, integration, functional, and end-to-end testing.
Analyze test results, identify defects, and track them through resolution.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and provide testing estimates.

Required Skills




Solid experience in P&C; Insurance domain (Policy, Claims, Billing, Underwriting).
Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, Java, TestNG/JUnit.
Experience in API Automation Testing.
Valuable understanding of SQL and database testing.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and defect management tools (JIRA, ALM).

Preferred Skills
Experience with Guidewire (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter) or Duck Creek.
Exposure to BDD frameworks like Cucumber.
Insurance certifications are an added advantage
