We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow module or developer with experience in ICM to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in ServiceNow development and implementation.

Roles and Responsibility
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow modules and applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow modules and applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow modules and applications.
Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality code standards.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide technical guidance.

Job Requirements
Robust knowledge of ServiceNow development principles and methodologies.
Experience with ICM (Incident Management) module is required.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team workplace.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with ITSM processes and best practices.
