Role & responsibilities
Greet customers, understand repair concerns, and schedule appointments.
Prepare and assist in generating accurate bodyshop estimates (Audatex / Mitchell / GT Motive).
Inspect vehicle damage and document required information, photos, and job details.
Coordinate with insurance surveyors for approvals and supplementary claims.
Communicate repair status, timelines, and cost updates to customers regularly.
Create repair orders, job cards, and maintain complete service documentation.
Coordinate with technicians, painters, and parts departments for smooth workflow.
Follow up on parts availability, repair progress, and quality checks.
Ensure on-time delivery of repaired vehicles with proper final inspection.
Handle billing, claims documentation, and payment follow-up with insurers.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and manage post-repair feedback.

Preferred candidate profile
26 years of experience as Bodyshop Advisor / Estimator / Service Advisor.
Background in automobile workshops, dealerships, or collision centers.
Diploma/ITI/Graduate in Automobile or Mechanical discipline preferred.
