Inventory Manager Job Description

Role Overview The Inventory Manager is responsible for ensuring that all Free Listed Venues, Partner Venues, Exclusive Venues., are onboarded onto the Mandap CRM/App. This includes training venue teams on how to download, use, and regularly update their bookings and availability on the platform. This role leads the Inventory Field Team and serves as the single point of contact between Mandap and its venue partners for all CRM-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management Hire, train, and manage Field Executives based on the number of exclusive venues. Plan and assign venue visit schedules with the right frequency to ensure maximum outreach and onboarding.

Venue Onboarding & App Adoption Design a structured venue visit plan to encourage venue partners to download and actively use the Mandap CRM/App. Prioritize visits to all newly signed-up venues in the first phase,



followed by outreach to all remaining venues to drive app adoption.

Training & Support Conduct regular training sessions for venue management teams on how to effectively use the Mandap CRM/App, including updating bookings and availability on a daily basis.

Tracking & Governance Monitor venue activity daily and identify venues that are inactive or not updating their availability on the app. Enforce a clear policy — only venues actively using the Mandap CRM/App will be assigned leads going forward.
