About the Role
Drive sales of Control Print printers and expand business in the assigned territory.
Develop recent customers, manage existing accounts, and convert competitor accounts.
Conduct customer meetings, product demonstrations, seminars, and training sessions.
Achieve sales targets, ensure territory coverage, and maintain customer satisfaction.
Coordinate payment collections, after-sales support, and installation activities.
Maintain regular reporting and stay updated on market, product, and competitor trends.

About You

Skills & Experience Required:
Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering, MBA in Marketing.
2 4 years of experience in Printing, Packaging, or Industrial Equipment sales.
Experience in direct sales of industrial products and capital goods.




Robust sales, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to manage territories independently and achieve sales targets.
Valuable understanding of industrial customers and market dynamics.

Additional Requirement:
Own vehicle is mandatory.
Positive attitude, self-starter mindset, and willingness to travel extensively.
