Role Summary:
Responsible for driving sales of Home Loans (HL), Loan Against Property (LAP), and Micro LAP (MLAP) through direct sourcing and channel partnerships. Focus on business acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire recent customers through direct sales and open market sourcing
Build and manage strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, brokers, and agents
Identify market opportunities and generate business through customized loan solutions
Conduct client meetings, sales calls, and follow-ups to drive conversions
Guide customers through loan processes and ensure proper documentation
Coordinate with internal teams for faster loan processing and disbursals
Track sales performance, maintain MIS reports,
and meet assigned targets
Expand channel network and explore current business areas
Requirements:
Graduate (any discipline)
2 4 years of experience in sales (preferably secured loans / micro finance / field sales)
Solid communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills
Target-driven with a proactive and field-oriented approach
Willingness to travel extensively
