Guest Relationship Executive

Job Description:
Greet guests upon arrival with a warm professional manner
Welcome guests and provide them with information about the spas services, treatments, and Menu and sell Memberships
Explain the menu and suggest as per the guest requirement
Schedule and confirm appointments for spa treatments, massages, facials, and other wellness services.
Schedule booking of appointment software to keep the spa’s calendar organized and ensure optimal scheduling.
Process payments for treatments, packages,



and retail products accurately and efficiently.
Ensure that all billing and payment transactions are recorded correctly, handling cash, credit card, and online payments as required.
Co-ordinate with spa therapists, managers, and other staff to ensure smooth daily operations and timely service delivery.
Seek guest feedback after their treatments and ensure all feedback is passed on to the appropriate team members for improvement.
Follow up with guests post-visit to encourage repeat business, ensuring they had an enjoyable experience.
Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism, offering solutions and making sure the guest feels heard and valued.
Ensure that the front office and reception area and Spa rooms remain clean, tidy, and welcoming for all guests.
