Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Information Systems, or a related field. • 3–5 years of experience in financial systems, ERP implementation, or data analysis. • Solid understanding of financial accounting principles, Chart of Accounts, P&L; structures, and cost centers. • Experience working with large datasets and a solid understanding of data quality and data governance. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. • Robust problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities. • Hands-on experience with Workday Financials, including Foundation Data Model (FDM) and Worktags. • Experience in data migration or ERP implementation projects, preferably within a large multinational organization.
