Telecaller / Receptionist – Roles & Responsibilities
Handle all student inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
Contact all leads generated from Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, Website, and other marketing campaigns.
Counsel prospective students about courses, trainers, batch timings, fees, certifications, and placement support.
Follow up with leads regularly and convert them into admissions.
Achieve monthly admission and lead conversion targets.
Schedule and coordinate demo classes for prospective students.
Confirm demo attendance and follow up after the session.
Coordinate the complete admission and enrollment process.
Maintain accurate student, admission, and fee records.
Update lead status and follow-up details in CRM or Excel.
Reconnect with inactive leads and previous inquiries.
Send reminders for demo classes, fee payments,



and batch commencement.
Welcome and assist all walk-in visitors professionally.
Maintain the reception area, visitor register, and front office activities.
Answer all calls professionally with excellent telephone etiquette.
Build trust with prospective students through effective counseling and communication.
Prepare and submit daily inquiry, admission, and follow-up reports.
Coordinate with trainers and management regarding batches and student requirements.
Maintain confidentiality of student and company information.
Represent Ignite SoftTech professionally and contribute to achieving the institute’s admission and business growth objectives.
