Position: Oracle EBS Functional Consultant

Location: Hyderabad - Hybrid

Shift Timing: 2.00PM to 11.00PM IST

Engagement Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Configure and support Oracle EBS modules based on business needs.
Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend Oracle EBS best practices.
Prepare functional design documents (MD50), test scenarios, and user training materials.
Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, reports, interfaces, conversions, and workflow enhancements.
Support CRP, SIT, UAT, and production deployments.
Troubleshoot functional issues and provide post-production support.
Work closely with business stakeholders to improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills:
Solid experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (R12/R12.2).
Expertise in one or more Oracle EBS functional modules, such as:
Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM)
Procure-to-Pay (P2P)




Order-to-Cash (O2C)
Purchasing
Inventory
Order Management
Robust understanding of end-to-end business processes.
Experience in Oracle EBS implementation, rollout, upgrade, or support projects.
Excellent client-facing, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills:
Experience integrating Oracle EBS with third-party applications.
Exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud migration or coexistence projects.
Knowledge of AIM/OUM implementation methodology.
Oracle EBS Functional Certification is a plus.
