Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Datadog Developer with solid expertise in implementing and administering Datadog Observability solutions across enterprise environments.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience configuring Infrastructure Monitoring, Application Performance Monitoring (APM), Log Management, Digital Experience Monitoring, Kubernetes Monitoring, and cloud-native observability solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and administer the Datadog platform across enterprise environments.
Deploy and manage Datadog Agents across servers, cloud infrastructure, and Kubernetes clusters.
Configure Infrastructure Monitoring, APM, Distributed Tracing, and Log Management.
Implement Real User Monitoring (RUM) and Synthetic Monitoring.
Design dashboards, monitors, alerts, and SLOs for proactive monitoring.
Build custom metrics and automate monitoring using Datadog APIs.
Integrate Datadog with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
Monitor cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes environments.
Investigate incidents, troubleshoot performance issues, and optimize observability.
Collaborate with DevOps, Cloud, Infrastructure, and Application teams to improve platform reliability.

6+ years of IT experience with strong Datadog implementation expertise.
Hands-on experience with Datadog Platform Administration.
Datadog Agent Installation & Configuration.
Infrastructure Monitoring.
Application Performance Monitoring (APM).
Distributed Tracing.
Log Management and Log Processing.
Real User Monitoring (RUM).
Synthetic Monitoring.
Dashboard Development.
Monitors & Alert Configuration.
Cloud Monitoring.
Kubernetes Monitoring.
Custom Metrics.
Datadog API Automation.
CI/CD Integration.
Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred).
Robust understanding of Observability concepts.
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills
AWS, Azure, or GCP monitoring experience.
Docker and Kubernetes administration.
Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools.
Experience working in enterprise production support settings.
DevOps and SRE exposure.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience implementing Datadog from scratch in production environments.
Strong background in cloud-native monitoring and observability.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience
