Hands-on experience with Dynatrace, Grafana, SQL, Application/Webservers and OCP.
Experience in incident management and problem management analysis.

Support upstream and downstream APIs, troubleshooting integration failures and ensuring smooth inter-system communication.
Manage and monitor batch jobs and month-end processing cycles, addressing job failures and coordinating with dependent systems.
Perform deployment validations and environment checks within OCP, application, and web servers, assisting in release and change management activities.
Execute basic SQL queries to perform data validation, analyse logs, and generate operational statistics or ad-hoc reports.
Document operational procedures, propose automation or monitoring enhancements, and contribute to continuous improvement of support processes.
